Framework Unit

We are a dedicated unit at HTSPE, established specifically to Administer, Manage and
Implement Framework Contracts (FWC).

With a track record of successful implementation since 1996, we have both wide and deep experience, supported by one of the largest in-house databases of development consultants across the world.

As a result, we offer competitive rates and consistently high standards of performance and management.

Between 2005 and 2009 HTSPE successfully completed well over 300 projects in 98 countries of the developing world.
