Consultants : Work for HTSPE on Framework Contracts
- The FWC system provides a steady source of varied work in all parts of the world
- It is a good way to fill gaps between long term assignments, but does require ready availability, often at quite short notice
- We provide travel and medical insurance; we arrange travel and accommodation, and assist with logistics related to conducting workshops, seminars, study tours etc
- We pay fees monthly, assuring a steady reliable income
- We pay per diems in full, either in accordance with published EC rates or the full amount that we charge if less than the maximum allowed
Interested?
We seek experienced independent consultants to work on projects under the European Commission’s BENEF Lots 1: Rural Development, Lot 6: Environment, Lot 9: Culture, Education, Employment & Social and Lot 10: Trade, Standards & Private Sector and EC COM 2007 Lots 2, 4 and 5.
Excellent English is essential, and a good knowledge of French, Spanish, Russian or Arabic is often required. Consultants should have experience of management, implementation and monitoring/evaluation of donor-funded projects.
