  Call for CVsWe are currently seeking candidates interested in Lots 6 (Environment), 7 (Justice and Home Affairs), 10 (Private Sector Development) and 11 (Public Policy related to private sector development, Banking and Finance, Public Finance etc.)HTSPE seeks experienced independent consultants to work on projects under the European Commission’s Lot 1: Rural Development & Food Security and Lot 9: Education, Employment & Social. We are particularly looking for experts who specialise in the following areas: • Policy and service delivery in Education & Social sectors, Labour Market & Employment • Public Administration Reform & Institutional Development (incl. I.T. systems) • Poverty Monitoring, Analysis and Reduction • Use of information and the knowledge economy • Rural Development and Agriculture (incl. Animal Registration & Tracking; Equipment Definition; Crop Protection & Disease Control; Produce Conservation, Storage, Processing & Packaging; and Agricultural Production & Marketing Groups) • Food Security • Trade (incl. WTO) Excellent English is essential, and a good knowledge of French, Spanish, Russian or Arabic is highly desirable. Consultants should have experience of management, implementation and monitoring/evaluation of donor-funded projects.
